Every piece leaves our studio charged and protected — once it enters the carrier’s hands, it travels on its way to you.
Processing Time
All Electric Saint pieces are crafted or finished in‑house.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipment.
For limited‑edition, one‑of‑a‑kind, or made‑to‑order pieces, processing may extend to 10–14 business days. Any extended timelines will be clearly noted on the individual product page.
Because our work is produced in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during collection launches or peak periods.
Shipping Options
Electric Saint ships domestically via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground.
International shipping options are available at checkout and vary by destination.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, service, and location.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please note:
- Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, Electric Saint is not responsible for transit delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
- Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
If your order shows as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier office first; they can often locate packages scanned prematurely or delivered to parcel lockers.
