HOW CUSTOM ORDERS WORK

STEP 4. PRODUCTION BEINGS

Every custom piece is handcrafted in-house.
Typical lead time: 3–6 weeks, depending on complexity and embellishment.

STEP 5. FINAL FITTING (Optional)

If local to NYC, fittings are available in person.
If remote, a virtual fitting and measurement guide is provided.

STEP 6: DELIVERY (Our Favorite Part!)

Once complete, your garment is shipped with care.

Do you offer payment plans?

For customs over $750, we offer split payment plans (50% deposit + 25% mid‑production + 25% before shipping).

What if I need a rush order?

Rush orders are accepted depending on schedule and complexity.
A 25–40% rush fee may apply.

Are custom pieces returnable?

Custom pieces are final sale.
This protects the uniqueness of your garment and the intensive labor behind it.

If the piece arrives damaged or incorrect, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
