Refund policy

Because Electric Saint pieces are produced in small runs or created one‑of‑a‑kind, all sales are treated with the care and intention they were crafted with. Our policies protect the integrity of our work, our customers, and our creative process.

Returns

Electric Saint accepts returns for store credit only.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.
  • Tags must remain attached.
  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

We do not offer cash refunds unless the item is proven to be faulty on arrival.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@electricsaint.store with:

  • your order number,
  • a brief description, and
  • clear photos of the issue.

We will repair, replace, or remake the item whenever possible.

Final Sale Items

Due to the nature of our work, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:

  • One‑of‑a‑kind pieces
  • Made‑to‑order or custom items
  • Sale, sample, or discounted products
  • Items worn for performance or editorial shoots

Pre‑Order & Made‑to‑Order Items

All pre‑order and made‑to‑order purchases are paid in full at checkout.

Because production begins specifically for you, cancelations are not permitted once materials are cut or work has begun.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service; Electric Saint is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Store Credit

Approved returns will receive store credit via digital gift card within 5–7 business days of the item being received and inspected.

Store credit does not expire.

Important Note

Electric Saint reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, alteration, damage, or return attempts outside the stated timeframe.
